Lock, Stock & Barrel is active our community and either hosts or attends a wide variety of events. These events can be on-site, or we may attend local fairs/celebrations community. These include horse shows, barrel racing, demos, and informational sessions on a variety of animal and farm topics.

2014 Komen Connecticut Ride for the Cure

Spend a beautiful autumn day riding to fight breast cancer in Connecticut. The Komen Connecticut Ride for the Cure is a unique equestrian event for riders of all ages and abilities. Celebrate life from the saddle of your favorite mount as you ride through the trails of the “Quiet Corner” of the state.
- Parking area opens at 8:00 AM.
- Registration and refreshments open at 8:00 AM.
- Riders start the course between 8:30 and 10:30 AM.
- Lunch will be served between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
- Guest lunches are $10 each and must be ordered and paid for during registration or by check before September 25, 2015. No guest lunches will be sold at the door. Rider lunches are provided at no additional cost.
- Riders must be 12 years of age or older. Riders 12 to 17 years old must be accompanied by a rider 21 years of age or older.
- Helmets (ASTM/SEI approved) are mandatory for all riders.
- The Ride will be held rain or shine.
